How to make an order?
1. Can you send us your new Catalogues?
Unfortunately we do not send out printed catalogues. This is an entirely online operation. All the catalogues are uploaded to our site and maintained by the jewelry manufacturers themselves, and we do not have any better access to them than any other internet user.
2. Do you have any local distributors in our area?
Please check the appropriate market under the OPERATIONAL MARKETPLACES at the home page.
3. I am looking for amber ring (bracelet, pendant, earrings, etc.)
Look for appropriate company (or website) under the OPERATIONAL MARKETPLACES or INDUSTRY RESOURCES at the home page.
4. I am having a problem logging in. Please advise me of what I need to do.
This happens because your browser is set not to accept per-session cookies.
A.
- Restart browser
- Go to Tools -> Internet options -> Security -> Trusted sites -> Sites... -> Add to addresses : http://amber-market.com AND http://www.amber-market.com ) to Trusted Sites and uncheck "Require server verification..." checker. Then click on OK button below.
- If this does not work, go to Privacy and allow lower Privacy level (for example Medium or Low).
B. If that did not solve the problem please do the following:
In Internet Explorer go to Tools -> Internet Options... -> Privacy. Press <Edit...> button
to open "Per Site Privacy Actions" form. Put http://amber-market.com in "Address of Web site:"
window and press <ALLOW> button. Repeat the same for http://www.amber-market.com
